Bachata is a social partner dance originally from the Dominican Republic, danced to Latin music. It's one of the easiest partner dances to pick up — with a simple 4-step rhythm that beginners can learn in their first class. It's relaxed, fun, and a great way to meet people.

We know committing every single week can be tricky, so the program is structured with built-in breaks:

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in. For shoes, anything with a smooth sole works well — avoid rubber-soled sneakers as they can grip the floor. Bring a water bottle.

Absolutely. Our classes attract a wide range of ages. Bachata is low-impact and social — designed to be enjoyed at any age.

How many people are in each cohort?

We intentionally keep numbers small so the experience stays personal and social — not an overcrowded room.

Is there parking near the studio?

Yes, there is street parking available on and around Gordon Street in West Perth. It can be busy on Sunday's so please allocate yourself time to park.
